Omeara, if I was right all the time I would have been sipping cocktails in the Bahamas some time ago(and yes thanks for reminding me and don't worry i am bleeding on that particular investment, but am holding for the next update).
The main difference with the Oz economy, obviously more robust than the US, UK, etc.... particularly with strong employment and consumer spending.
However, not sure if you are from Melbourne, the areas I mentioned will always outperform (probably throw in Elwood too, which is located 5 kms or so from Port Melbourne).
