the way i see CM8 Q&A model is that it has positioned itself b/t Dr Google and professional service providers. In term of retails, like comparing Cotton On, Country Road & LV.
I guess the trick is to get to the right market for the middle tier service that CM8 provides.
It may work well in one country and may not in another or developed vs developing countries. At the end of the day, if the cost of providing this service is low and ROI is good then it is worth the risk.
