first off they only did the whole primary markets thing to HELP holders that were stuck due to the delisting good on them.

Second they paused it due to the share price being low and not reflecting the true value and milestones the company has made in recent times. Which could negatively effect the listing price on a new exchange.

thirdly. News on new exchange is incoming . I for one would prefer the holders to be positive and constructive as potential investors will come here for info an did prefer them to see good news so the sp reflects where we are now.
