To me it reads the exact opposite thing.

They are aiming to trade on Primary Hubs again.
That means that a listing on a regular stock exchange is still not even in a discussion and not possible.

They didnt even set a date for Primary Hubs. That means that this is also not in the near future.
I guess they will list on Primary Hubs in the 2nd half of the year.
And it also looks to me that a listing on a regular exchange is not this year.
