what the hell are you on about --------------- 'could' ---------------------- the 'could' refers to damage and harm to people

it says NOTHING about if there're more extreme events or not ------------------ THIS was YOUR question

''At the very least you should be able to find a meteorological source of repute that has a graph explaining how we’ve had more cyclones, floods or storms over the last decade or two?

Perhaps even an insurance company report providing information that shows an increase in those extreme weather events, would do.''

the article provided showed an opinion on the increase of each type of weather emergency - but, the article related to health of people -

the GEM in the article was the reference list -------------- which was long. The articles in the reference list also had opinions on increasing weather emergency events.

you have just shown your incapability of even reading your own request and relating it to the block of text that you posted -----

if you're incapable of that and if you haven't' read the tome of evidence in the last 10 years of so of increasing weather emergencies - and you haven't accepted fairly simple graph pics from such articles ---------------- wtf is the point?

the worlds papers are full of major weather emergencies ------- it's not that we just didn't hear about them years ago -- they ARE increasing.

there's a tome of evidence out there ----------- try looking yourself. If you're capable. Which - after this last post of yours, I'm beginning to doubt.
