yes indeed. I’ve been struggling with world bank, IMF and other un agencies for a while and it’s been increased recently after getting to know someone who work(s) at IMF. It’s a gravy train for these people and I don’t think you can sustain perspective when you are living it up with servants and tax free dollars in the countries you are supposedly helping.
