ted ellyard was involved with hdr when they raised quite a bit of cash from instos and within days/weeks they announced chinguetti (or was it tiof?) was a dud.
consequently hdr's share price went well into the red relative to the placement price.
the instos were "robbed" of the truth and "robbed" of their money.
ted ellyard could be an issue because he doesn't bring a lot of credibility to the table i believe.
