A few fellow investors wanted to get to the bottom of the board supporting Drona and not Segal before we vote so Ross kindly took our call.

The feedback we received is that the board personally have nothing against David, nice guy but just not as qualified for the job. The board is apparently functioning extremely well together and Nathan has made valuable contributions on the subcommittees he is a member of. Ross completely understands why minor shareholders might seek a representative on the board and see David as that but warned that we will be paying $60,000 for that privilege. He did say it won't cause any damage having him there, there are no hard feelings or personality clashes but they will most probably be forced to subsequently increase the board size by 1 to appoint someone who is able to take over the roles the Drona vacated which Segal is apparently insufficiently qualified for.

Make of that what you will and don't shoot the messenger, that's all I have and wanted to pass it on so people here can make an informed decision with their vote.
