There is nothing wrong with Mr Drona as far as I can see from the information provided on POH website. 15 years of work experience in a biotech space and very busy career with achievements. The only thing I do not like about some of those Directors (Mr Drona including) is that they sit on board not on one company but 2 or more. How can we be assured of Mr Drona' undivided attention and full on commitment to POH when he also holds a position as a non-executive Director of Alchemia co? Is there so little to do on those Directors positions that they are managing business and interests of 2/3 companies at one time?..? I am very confused about that and would like to know how they can manage to juggle 2 jobs at once (at least). Said that, a previous employee whose heart, mind and substantial personal fortune is on the line here (Mr Segal) and hopefully not sitting on any other company board, will do me just fine. I have voted him in already. I am sure he will be much more driven and committed to our cause. I am willing to give him a go. How else will he ever get on a board of anything and get the experience if the doors are shut on him before he can even get in?

The AGM is set to be quite exciting this year. Can't wait to hear all about it!
