I agree Paul, when RDF starts to move it will fly as resistance will once again be minimal.

I read somewhere, most likely from a US newspaper, that when these cameras are installed it takes the natives 6 - 12 months before they wise up and the number of citations start to drop.

They didn't mention by how much they drop but assuming 50% this is still going to be some nice long term revenue from the figures I have been reading so far. If anyone does know the actual figure they drop by I would be interested to know.

As long as RDF can keep the install rate up and gain new markets this revenue stream will remain very high for quite a few years yet IMO.
