Hi all,
PRR is looking better today. The sellers seem to have dried up a little and the buy/sell tide has changed. I'm not expecting the SP to take off but it is good to see it turning around especially just before Christmas. I'm sure there will be a lot of BBQ's over the next couple weeks with people talking about their portfolios and perhaps a little more interest as we get into the new year.
