At these levels I would even say it would make an attractive takeover target. With 600,000 subscribers, solid revenues and forecast NPAT of $13.6 million (before amortization) that's quite a healthy P/E. I take it there will be a large goodwill writedown from the Ozemail acquisition hence the lower headline NPAT - is this correct?

All they really need to do is make a few vague statements about VOIP and they should really start to rocket. Compare them to ENG - ENG has 18000 subscribers, $3 million revenue and half the market cap.

Go figure...
