Enough is enough.

They dilute us down and have not made any decisions in the best interests of shareholders . If you vote yes then do you really think value can come back? I think not. With a falling gold price and what I believe is that timelines for restart are not realistic based on the level of non compliance as it stands with the Philippine Government. Maybe 1 – 2 years at best... and then the cash burn rate over that time... more $$$ gone.

I know that the mine should have been flying by now but the way the tailings dam was handled, a mess and guess what I even contributed to the failed $35m raising hoping to see it through to better days.

I get it now... a class action can deliver more money and can put control back into shareholder hands.
