Gycor; I agree totally; the fact that we are facing such a huge loss should entitle us to the truth of the dam failure.

Without zipping through the corporations act 2001 I would say we are entitled to detailed information on what happened to our investment and by what means did our investment fail to realize the hype that RED 5 suggested our investment would return.

I put it to RED 5; release the dam failure report before the GM so shareholders can make informed decisions on their vote and to also end the speculation around the dam failure once and for all.

I would suggest silence means hiding something; end the speculation now!
