Recovery for the number of transactions, page-5

I think that Corelogic has the figures related to the number of transactions and the growth yoy.
However, only their paying subscribers have access to these data.

Only figures I was able to find : 39,064 transactions in July 23 and 39,216 in September 23.
They do not give the growth (for both months) vs last year, just the growth versus the 5 year average (- 3 % in both cases).
