Im not to up on the options to heads i just prefer heads as they hold more value and are preference shares, options you still have to pay money up to get them sooner or later unless you can sell they also expire i do believe if not taken up, im sure more holders with better knowledge will give you the info you seek..head for me thats just my prefered holding.
