    Great find @maxi1981
Now I wonder if this eliminates the little corporal altogether, given it’s under another company name. Still if it uses sulfuric acid an operation in WA may still not be feasible. Put it side by side LCE so shoppers can have their pick.

I’ve come across a post on PLS thread by @SF@HC https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/37431990/single citing that nemaska’s $1.1 billion hydroxide downstream project has blown out another $300m+ see the link to the post with credit to sf@hc.

This instance of scary big budgets puts Lmax in the box seat with just an initial $45m or so budget. Even if it goes 50% above that to achieve 5-6k tonnes, it’s still much more manageable than a billion dollar or half undertaking. Once p1 is fully derisked P2 will be the big play. Will Lmax still achieve net zero cost for Lithium? Even if it doesn’t as long as the by product credits still apply, Lmax could still prove to be the lowest cost, Lmax could be a shining star in the sector. Oops I’m getting too excited again. One step at a time this time. Build the pilot plant to derisk P1. Build P1 to derisk P2. “Build it [P2] and they will come” offtskers might actually come sooner as early as next week to visit Lmax
