Perhaps tweets was referring to the fact that the kockatea zone is some 2.5km below the surface.
i guess you would then need to work out the diameter of the well to get an indication of how much water could possibly be in the hole.
but that would be a pointless activity as i doubt the well was flooded, and you cant guesstimate how much injected fluid has already been pumped out.
save yourself the headache and wait for any comments from the AGM tomorrow
