Once again we have to wait for the announcement that may never come. I think your timeframe is looking like it will pass without the stock being in profit. Maybe a directional change may be on the cards, I like the spec on Cu but I am just clutching at straws. Future cap raisings may prove difficult as the previous rights was almost (imo) tauted as a no risk situation. Now the sp has retraced many % on the issue price leaving investors with very little to show for their money and a burning sensation.

When INL was in the 5c range that was pre HZCP days so I dont think zinc price had much to do with the share price.
