There's been some consistent bullish sentiment over the last 4 days. Breakout confirmation price approx 9.50. .15 cents away. I'm sure there are some shorts still hanging on if momentum continues this will give a little more jump to PDN's step. Takeover target news could slingshot PDN past highs very quickly as we saw potential yesterday. Was expecting more of a drop this morning. But taking the movements day by day.
