IT recovery is not happening much at all on the ground as far as I can see. Lots of good people looking for work in Melbourne too. Situation re job market has probably gradually got worse each year pver the last 3-4 years and still not improving. Of course this may mean companeis has just cut a lot of fat and are outsouring stuff to overseas so doesn't necessarily mean profitability is still getting worse.
