Trump’s proposing a 15 percent corporate tax rate for domestic manufacturing. Australia's corporate tax rate is 30 percent. So for an anticipated annual revenue of $100m, thats $15m saved in taxes each year.
So working at long-term cashflow analysis, wouldn't that pay for building a small plant in 4 years. Particularly after tax deductions and depreciation?
As said in the past a costing and cashflow analysis needs to be done by the company.
