Assets I'd probably agree with though it'd also depend on how the value of the assets has changed.
The rest has not been used effectively though. How much was squandered on inventory write-downs, boardroom coups, legal actions, and ineffective daigou distribution? The net result being significant brand damage requiring even more capital expenditure to come back from.
