I am amazed to read that no shareholder approval is required for the raising that's literally doubling the no. of shares. Is this a trick arrangement where they size the placement just under the 15% threshold required for shareholder approval and hit the shareholders with entitlement/rights for the rest of what they want to raise? That might well keep within the letter but not the spirit of the rules.
