If this is such a bargain, then why didn't the three founders load up on the cap raise? No one knows the business better then they do. They COLLECTIVELY committed less than a third of the total amount they all got in dividends from FLT last year. Instead, they were happy to sit by and be diluted, which says to me that they perceive value as being at or below market price.
