my further hypothesis:
restrictions will be partially removed in May/ June at the latest.
domestic flying will be encouraged by July.
so by July FLT will be generating domestic revenue
next: international flights between aust and New Zealand.
next around August/sept
limited other international travel, maybe around compulsory visa and 14day return mandatory detention.
now that FLT has done its capital raising it should be able to just burn cash for a while.
