Exactly, after the CR the company will have 198m shares on issue and we will go from $1bil to $2bil MC only by issuing these shares, if the share price stays at $10. The balance sheet is in better health.
So you can say that the sp did not go from $40 to $10 but only from $40 to $20. I agree that there's a good chance this will go under the $7.
