The vast majority of comments about the build book have come from you, questioning its existence. You are again questioning its existence, Utopian, directly asserting the possibility that Chris Reed has been committing fraud on multiple occasions as he has referred to the existence of the build book many times.
Why are you invested in a company where you again suggest the possibility that Chris Reed has been committing fraud and lying to shareholders? Moreover, if you believe it possible that Neometals has been fraudulently representing its business to the public (and, more importantly, to us!) why haven't you contacted ASIC, or even questioned the company? Why come onto an anonymous website and ask a question that not only cannot possibly be answered, but directly infers criminal activity on the part of the Neometals management team?
