I agree Utipian ..some razor work needs to be done and done quickly..of course there is too much fat around those executive wages!!!!
Present results do not justify the excessive use of shareholders money in such a gratuitous form to management.
I would say to management waken up ..your being watched..cut your pay ...This must stop being a life style company or you will be removed!!!!
