From Morningstar a few days back:We maintain our AUD 7.00 fair value estimate for no-moat crop protection company Nufarm. Our fiscal 2021 underlying NPAT estimate is unchanged at AUD 92 million. At the time of release of first-half fiscal 2021 earnings in May, Nufarm said full year earnings were forecast to be significantly weighted to the first half. Our second-half fiscal 2021 underlying NPAT forecast is unchanged at AUD 31 million, about half as much as the first six months of fiscal 2021. Nufarm hasn't provided any numerical update on that outlook. However, there has been some generalised commentary, including noted strong sales and market adoption in the last six months for Aquaterra®, the world's first land-based sustainable source of DHA rich Omega-3 for aquaculture from canola seeds. And the human version, Nutriterra®, is planned for commercial launch in fiscal 2022.
