Only a game (or stupid) person would enter this stock at these levels given the current situation. If the directors couldn't get it straight in the prospectus then it seems to me they don't really know their business (or have been liberal with the facts). Either way, their track record to date is that this company has disappointed the market and should not be trusted with future forecasts until they prove otherwise.
