TRINITY ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT OF SALE OF 50% INTEREST IN TRINITY FUNDS MANAGEMENT LIMITED DATE: 19.05.2010 Trinity Limited (ASX: TCQ) today announced the settlement of the sale of a 50% interest in Trinity Funds Management Limited and Trinity Funds Management Services Pty Ltd. The transaction, as announced on 6 May 2010, involves the sale of a 50% interest in Trinity Limited?s wholesale funds management business to Clarence Property Corporation Limited (Clarence) for a sale price of $4 million with a deferred payment of $1 million payable, contingent on subsequent events. As part of the transaction, Trinity Stapled Trust has settled the sale of 6,000,000 units in the Trinity Property Trust to Clarence for a sale price of $5.4 million. Total cash proceeds of the settlements are $9.4 million.

The Trinity Group retains a 3.7% holding in TPT currently valued at $12.7 million. This transaction as well as other recent transactions, including the sale of a 50% interest in Trinity Funds Management Limited and Trinity Funds Management Services Pty Ltd and 6 million units in TPT to Clarence Property Corporation, has enabled the Group to satisfy its 31 May 2010 loan-to-value ratio (LVR) covenant."
