I suspect that during the washover recovery they were having problems with it jamming so instaed of risking getting 2 pipes stuck they decided to mill it agree with sue 12 its no problem milling other than time probably 25' per day
the decision to mill was probably only made in last few days hence the announcement
so 2-3 weeks to go
