I’m trying to work out what the AISC is per ton of ore (or tailings in this case) because it’s what I’m used to seeing.

Am I right to say they are going to mine and process 12,000,000 tons per annum to produce 500,000 tons of concentrate (so 24x concentration).

AISC of US50c per pound of concentrate = $Us1,000 per ton. This works back to $41/ton of material processed.

At 3.1% head grade, $2,500 Zn and 63% recovery = $48.82. So they make $7/ton. Which is really good if all goes well!
