I suspect it is everyone waiting to see if the recovery and concentrate production grades match projections. It may take a month of operations to get a feel for how it is going, but the company seems good at regular market updates so hopefully we will have one by the end of the month on current status. If their projections are right then this company will essentially be earning $1 a share (EBITA) and we will then see investors pile in and push up the share price. Typical "ramp up" and technical/operational nerves as with any new operation.
