I honestly think RES are further down the road from a practical point of view, as far as detailed design work and planning are concerned.
The keys, as always, are the rail link, water and an Eskom contract.
I wouldnt be surprised to see Eskom hedge their bets and have the next station supplied by a number of suppliers, paving the way for both RES and FSE to out in 4 or 5 million tons per annum each with maybe SASOL or Anglo.
