You made a number of erroneous claims with regard to the Phase 2b trial interim results to be announced in October.
The fact that you posted the link to the company announcement released to the ASX demonstrates you were aware of the information, yet chose to misrepresent it in your postings here.
That crosses into the territory of providing false and misleading statements, for which the Corporations Act provides rather severe penalties. An anonymous nickname on Hot Copper provides no protection whatsover, as has been shown recently.
Opinion is one thing, but if you choose to deliberately post misinformation, expect a knock on the door from ASIC.
