    I am a bit unsure how these REC's are operating for CBD.They can obtain finance for 85% of the spot REC price.What would happen if the REC price dropped substantially?Is the REC price a fairly stable market?The draw down of finance has to be paid back say the spot price drops by more than 85%?My questions are that is CBD playing a similar game to say unhedged foreign exchange?
