Hi Fitch

As I understand it, the Fed Gov has created a system which guarantees a set price for RECs, but unfortunately there is no guarantee of when the timing of the recdemption is - it depends on the purchase by institutions etc on a first in first out basis. Therefore the retail price would not fall too far below the $40 - theoretically.

Someone else may be better informed on this.
