drawing conclusion from point 3 to 4 is the problem.
There is no logic, if my client doesn't pay then I raise capital. The story makes sense for you but does not have roots in reality!
The dispute started a month before AGM where chairman was putting his son and his mate on the board! it got apparent in AGM. You can say anything you like if you bend the facts.
The fight was not about raising capital! nobody said anything about that. You can make it about that if you like. but it does not change the past!
