Useles scam of the recycle buisness. Locals need to drive 35 K return to get 10Cents for plastic bottles . They steal a shopping trolley and collect after dark then have to drive many K'S They get 10 Cents fro each plastic bottle The trlleys have 5o KG of steel in them and are worth NOTHING . So they get thrown into a River or the Sea Simply a SCAM by politicians who tell you it makes you feel better. Joke of the CENTURY..
