Here's hoping that USEC cancel any plans for a transitional program until the spot price recovers. Obviously they will continue if its in their interest and I guess their costs are much lower than the miners, so it all depends on the arrangements that USEC are under. Does anyone know any of these details? Does USEC pay for the weapons or are they free issue? If they pay I would guess their cost would be connected to the spot price so they could make a fixed profit per pound regardless of the spot price. In this case they may have no incentive to place the program on hold due to low spot price which would be unfortunate for us.
Here's hoping that USEC cancel any plans for a transitional...
