Can you pinpoint the statements that you consider ramping?? Most of the commentary on HC has been about the revenue and cash-flow numbers printed in the monthly statements released to the ASX. This data indicates a valuation substantially North of 5 cents. One analyst (this week) at Tricom has a target of 6-8 cents. Another (published at TOX web-site several months ago) says that the price potential is multiples of the current price. The AFR picked TOX as a potential "runner" several months ago.

IMHO this is a classic turn-around story. Sure there are rampers on HC, one ramper even suggested a price of 40 cents. Maybe a future range of 8-15 cents might be more reasonable based on current revenues.
