Seems Red Arrow mines have been working on and off since about 1933.

These guys (a couple of finance/vulture fund types) have a company that essentially buys a share of Red Arrow when buying another company. The subsequently had an agreement to take 100% of Red Arrow (but i cannot find details that that did in fact happen) and assume they did.

info on the above site w.r.t. geological reports / assays etc though how this stands up i don't know. Gotta take it all with a grain of salt i'd say.
