Thanks. So basically your value is for the Gold, Zero on the Mineral Sands and no premium for a going plant in the heart of a huge new gold area.

I had the Gold mine at $550M to $600m as a going operation and the Mineral Sands as 1.5 times that once its up and running. Its a bit hard to put a share value on it at the moment with the world market melting but would be interested to see how you value the Sands component.
