FM, I'm afraid I can't even attempt to place a value on the mineral sands project. Too difficult for me. As for the gold plant I honestly have no idea as to how a premium would be calculated, so your figures may well be right for all I'd know. Obviously if things continue the way they have been its' replacement cost would increase considerably over time but in light of what's happening on the economic front at the moment I'm not even sure of that any more. Lol!
