technically - I doubt if it is required to be announced - but, I could be wrong - it would depend on the contract.

Since the whole bed will be on the floor in a couple of weeks - the contract must already be in place - so, hmmmm, one would have to know the size of the contract.

Other than technically - from my cons. with NC - I am stunned that he isn't going to ann. this - after all, he told me that he ann.s with these priorities

1. When he has to by the rules.

2. When he thinks shareholders should know something is happening.

So to me - technically?? Probably not.

But on point 2. -------------------- OMG - as far as I am concerned - getting TP is a huge deal - anyway - I will hear what NC has to say - again, I think there is some misunderstanding - there has to be.
