Today, I think is the last day open for Mr Richards to Appeal the Court decision......
If he takes no action, it will open up discussions for the placement of the Shortfall, as well as any involvement that SFR want to make in us.....
As far as Court Costs go, I think management may head down the line of a Greater share of RED BORE as compensation......possibly 70 to 75% might be enough.....
Naturally, pure speculation on my behalf......however, I see today as a Turning Point for the Future of THX.......
