not that it overly matters but his name is richmond. and yes I think the appeal time is up. no appeal I think you will see a rise in the SP as a risk factor is removed. the court win has put a floor under the price in IMO and I'm as bullish on this stock as I have been for a while.

I'm thinking the company will divest red bore (from those articles sounds like richmond could do with some cash), keep a royalty and focus on Allamber. That's just my thoughts.

I'm more than happy with that strategy as one of the risks of THX has been too many projects, spread too thin, splashing cash all over the place with not enough results and not enough focus (the reviewing of SD data and successful drilling is proof of that). A focus on Allamber as primary and SD as secondary target sounds like a better mix to me.
