The more I think about this, it could well relate to Richmond selling his portion of Red Bore to SFR.

His options atm are:

1. contest the court result (spend more money) and probably lose given the speed of the judge in the recent case.

2. Make a mends with THX and drill or whatever (probably not going to happen), or

3. Sell out, (probably to SFR) pay the court costs with proceeds and still walk away with a decent chunk of $$ for finding and pegging the claim.

Easy decision IMO........

and nett result if 3 happens, sharp rise in THX's SP as SFR will either want the rest of Red Bore or enter a jv/ farm in arrangement like they have just struck with Ventnor Resources.

They have after all sunk big $$$ into their processing plant, and will want to have supply after they have exhausted DeGrussa.
